Our drying chamber motors feature an optimized winding and frame design, ensuring superior heat distribution and dissipation in the stator. This keeps the base temperature rise of the winding at a low level, extending the motor's lifespan.
The motors are available in various voltage options:
- 230V
- 460V
- 600V
Other voltages and frequencies are available upon request.
DESIGNED FOR DEMANDING ENVIRONMENTS
Our motors feature Class H 180°C insulation, which contributes to higher temperature resistance and improved performance. The conditioned production process ensures that every motor meets the highest quality standards, resulting in a durable product.
Additionally, the insulation is specifically designed for frequency converters according to IEC 60034-18-41, ensuring optimal performance and protection of the motor when used with frequency converters. The motors have a service factor of 1.00 at an ambient temperature of 100°C, guaranteeing high reliability in extreme conditions. The motors also meet efficiency class IE2, contributing to high efficiency and energy performance.

The motors feature a Totally Enclosed Air Over (TEAO) housing, which prevents moisture, dirt, and acid from entering the motor. This ensures a longer service life and better performance, even in harsh environments.
The cast steel housing with a fixed base offers extra strength and durability, while the specially designed sealing arrangement makes the motor resistant to corrosion. The motors are equipped with a stainless steel shaft and hardware, ensuring higher resistance to wear and corrosion. Furthermore, SKF ball bearings used that are specially designed for continuous operation at high temperatures, ensuring the motor continues to run reliably and efficiently.
